On Saturday the 18th July we celebrated Tobias return to the Earth experience and the creation of our new WDBLC web site.
 
We especially chose that date to release the site as a tribute honouring our dear friend and teacher, Tobias. After 10 years of lovingly assisting us in remembering who we are, we now choose to live that truth and expand forth to be the Standards we've dreamed of being.
 
The new site is beautifully simplistic, free flowing and filled with assistance and inspiration for those seeing to know and understand their true self. We invite you to share with us your stories and pictures of inspiration so you may then inspire others.
 
All at the WDBLC wish to grandly thank Ian for all his time, love and divine inspiration in creating this beautiful site for humanity and gifting it to us. Our deep gratitude also goes out to the many Shaumbra who have also assisted in this web creation in so many various ways.

Tobias made this statement on the  6th September 2008 ( Shoud #2) regarding the new Crimson Circle website. The new Winged Dolphin website has been created with the same passion and potentials.
